At Huro Apparels, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must:

  • Be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery (Singapore orders) or 21 days for international orders
  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-eligible items:

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless faulty)
  • Innerwear or personal hygiene items (e.g., socks, undergarments)
  • Customised or made-to-order items

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at hello.huroapparels@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and reason.
  2. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to our return address. Please ensure the package is sealed securely.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:

  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • Your order number

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We offer one-time size or item exchanges, subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit (valid for 6 months), or
  • A refund as per our refund terms

6. Return Address

We will provide the full return address via email upon your return request. Please do not return items without prior approval.
