1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must:
- Be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery (Singapore orders) or 21 days for international orders
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-eligible items:
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless faulty)
- Innerwear or personal hygiene items (e.g., socks, undergarments)
- Customised or made-to-order items
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at hello.huroapparels@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and reason.
- Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to our return address. Please ensure the package is sealed securely.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Your order number
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We offer one-time size or item exchanges, subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we may offer:
- Store credit (valid for 6 months), or
- A refund as per our refund terms
6. Return Address
We will provide the full return address via email upon your return request. Please do not return items without prior approval.
